Introduction to Weight Lifting

Our Weightlifting Introduction class is designed specifically for young athletes aged 12 and up who are serious about building strength, stamina, and overall fitness.

12 Year Olds & Up

Beginners welcome!
Small class size: We limit our classes to just 4 participants to ensure personalized attention and proper supervision. The session is 8 weeks long, and requires commitment.
Make-up days available for any missing workout.

Meet Your Coach

Coach M. is a Youth Sport Certified instructor, specialized in conditioning and physical prep for young athletes. As a former gymnast, and fitness passionate, her knowledge and French touch will take your young athlete to the nex level of fitness and mindset.
