A full body workout in a fun way

Parkour is a complete workout mobilizing all muscle groups, leading to a well-rounded workout that will strengthen your core, legs, arms, and back.

    By practicing movements like vaulting, climbing, and balancing, you significantly enhance your agility and coordination.

    The dynamic nature of parkour movements keeps your heart rate elevated, improving your cardiovascular fitness.

    Parkour encourages quick decision-making and spatial awareness as you navigate obstacles, promoting mental agility.

    The physical challenge and focus required in parkour can be a great way to relieve stress and enjoy a physically engaging activity. 

  • Adaptable to any fitness level:

    Parkour classes can be scaled to suit different fitness levels, allowing beginners to gradually progress while still experiencing the benefits. 

What to expect

Who is it for?

A 60 minutes workout combining stretches, cardio, & conditioning

  • Warm-up - 12 minutes of active warm-up inspired by animals moves combined with stretchings

  • Running & Jumping - 20 minutes of learning how to develop your agility and balance, while improving your cardio

  • Swinging and climbing - 20 minutes of upper body strength development - we will make sure we land in a safe way.

  • Stretching inspired by yoga and Pilates - 8 minutes where we will focus on our breath, our body alignment and our mobility.

This class is ideal for:

  • EVERYBODY - 17 YO & Up!
