What to expect
Who is it for?
A 60 minutes workout combining stretches, cardio, & conditioning
Warm-up - 12 minutes of active warm-up inspired by animals moves combined with stretchings
Running & Jumping - 20 minutes of learning how to develop your agility and balance, while improving your cardio
Swinging and climbing - 20 minutes of upper body strength development - we will make sure we land in a safe way.
Stretching inspired by yoga and Pilates - 8 minutes where we will focus on our breath, our body alignment and our mobility.
