What to expect

Who is it for?

A 60 minutes workout combining stretches, cardio, & conditioning

  • Warm-up - 12 minutes of active warm-up inspired by animals moves combined with stretchings

  • 4 events workout: floor, balance beam, vault or bars. You decide what you want to work on.

  • Stretching inspired by yoga and Pilates - 8 minutes where we will focus on our breath, our body alignment and our mobility.

This class is ideal for:

  • EVERYBODY - 17 YO & Up!
