Ways to JAM
There are 3 different ways to "JAM":
CLASSES: Each session runs for 4 weeks with one class per week, and you can choose the day and time that best fits your schedule.
A LA CARTE: Busy schedules? Unpredictable weeks? No problem! Our 20-class Punch Card gives you the ultimate flexibility. Come to class whenever it fits your schedule – pre-enroll to secure your spot.
OPEN JAMs: Saturday 11 Am to 1 PM - Open workout for everyone from 3 YO to 17 YO. 3 rooms - 3 ways to entertain your children.

GYM’JAM
18 mo to 14 years old
Our rec gymnastic classes offer a fun and versatile way for children and teenagers to develop/enhance physical fitness and to gain confidence.
3 Levels offered.
NIN’JAM
5 to 10 years old
Ninjastics is the combination of ninja training and gymnastics. It is one of the most effective ways to promote strength and balance in children and pre-teens.

PARK’JAM
10 to 17 years old
Known as “the art of moving efficiently”, Obstacle course running has become a trendy discipline among teenagers combining running, swinging and, tumbling drills. 3 Levels offered.

Jammers and friends are welcome to enjoy 2 hours of free workout under our coach's supervision. Note that no structure class will be offered during Open JAMs.
Special Events
Birthday Parties, Parents Night Out, Team building - book the JAM for 2 hours or more! We offer two Birthday Party Packages and customized Private Events. Contact us for more information.
