Introduction to Weight Lifting
WEDNESDAY FROM 6 -7 PM & 7-8 pm
Parents, are you looking to help your teen athlete reach their full potential? 💪
Our Weightlifting Introduction class is designed specifically for young athletes aged 12 and up who are serious about building strength, stamina, and overall fitness.

12 Year Olds & Up
Beginners welcome!
Our limited class will allow athletes and instructor to develop an adequate and personalized workout for any participant. The session is 8 weeks long, and requires commitment. Make-up days available for any missing workout.
